Frequently
Asked questions
Where is The Studio located?
The studio is located at 27701 Scott Road, Suite 103 Menifee, California in The Shops at Scott plaza off Scott Road and the 215 Interstate.
will i need to be experienced to ride my first time?
Absolutely not. We LOVE that you’re new! Spin is perfect for anyone able to ride a stationary bike, regardless of fitness level. It’s the perfect cardio workout to accompany you wherever you are in your fitness journey.
why is it called savage spin?
By definition, savage means an animal, or force of nature, that is fierce or uncontrolled. A savage thrives in the absence of inhibitions that restrain civilized people, resulting in an intense passion for its subject.
As such, the "Savage" mindset was born during a transformative time that demanded change through authenticity without fear. To dare to be different, by doing things differently without the need for acceptance, to live a truer life with purpose.
are you on instagram?
Yes, and we would love to connect with you. Not only can you find our studio @savage.spin, but you can get familiar with our team by visiting their accounts. Visit the “Team” page and get to know our talented instructors.
I don’t have shoes, what do I do?
Our studio requires “SPD-style'“ clips, and we have great quality Tiem shoes to rent for just $5. If you want to purchase your own, we also offer a Savage Shoe package for just $135 and include Tiems of your choice, a pair of Savage socks and the SPD clips (a value of $175). You can order them HERE
What do i Wear?
We recommend you wear a pair of leggings and a sports bra (and shirt if preferred) for women, and shorts and a tee for men. Because we sweat so much, it’s much more comfortable to have clothing that is close to your skin rather than loose. We also don’t want pants to get caught while pedaling.
what can i expect in a class?
After you clip-in and get settled, your instructor will come into class and explain the basics for new riders. Once they start the playlist the class begins! We follow a sequence in all classes to ensure riders get a consistent experience. This sequence varies by the beat. Your instructor will cue the class to the beat and illustrate movements. At any time during class you can take a seat, and jump back in when you’re ready. It’s YOUR workout and we want you to feel successful!
