Passion is defined as a strong, barely controllable emotion for an activity, object, or person. It is a persistent feeling that dwells deep inside your being that cannot be ignored. For the past 3 years, spin has been my constant passion. It has drastically transformed my life and me as a person. I am who I am today because of the bike, that room, and the instructors that inspired me.

When I step onto that podium at Savage Spin, my goal is to cultivate a space for my riders where they feel empowered, where they fight to reach their full potential, where their self worth is never questioned, but exemplified. It is more than a workout to me… it is therapy. It is transformation.

To be a part of this team is so surreal. The level of talent and passion in each one of these women leaves me in awe. They live and lead with honestly, integrity, and authenticity. I have never been more ready, more sure, and more unapologetic of any decision I have made thus far. We are coming for you Menifee! And I cannot wait to help you ignite YOUR inner savage!
